How to Use:

1. Take 2 fingers’ worth or about 1/4 spoon of sunscreen.

2. Apply evenly to your face and any exposed areas of the body.

3. Reapply every 2 hours outdoors and every 3 hours indoors.
   (Patch test recommended before use.)

4. After use, gently rub and wash off with your preferred soap or face wash and plenty of water to ensure all sunscreen residues are thoroughly removed.
