Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Apex and Swing by Pavilion

On March 5, 2025, a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Apex Footwear Limited, the leading footwear company in the country and Swing by Pavilion, one of the fastest growing sports e-commerce platforms in Bangladesh. Under this agreement, Swing customers will be able to purchase Apex’s activewear brand Sprint’s sports shoes and accessories at special discounts.

Mohammad Raihan Kabir, Head of Marketing of Apex Footwear Limited, and Priyom Mozumdar, Managing Director of Pavilion360 Ltd., signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

The ceremony, held at the Apex Footwear Limited Head office, was also attended by Syed Rifat Hossain, E-commerce Business Lead at Apex Footwear Limited; Md Mir Jobair Mahamud, Assistant Manager (E-commerce), and Fardin Ahmed, E-commerce Executive. On behalf of Swing, Mostakim Hossain, Executive Director and Md Shajid Mahmud, Marketing Executive, were present.

This strategic partnership will ensure a more convenient shopping experience for Swing customers and lay the foundation for a long-term mutually beneficial relationship between the two organizations.
