TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The বসন্তে বাজিমাত offers are valid for purchases made between February 16-20, 2025.
• Customers must make an order with a minimum cart value of 999 BDT of any products will get Free Delivery countrywide and be eligible for exciting prizes.
• Only orders that are delivered by February 28, 2025, will qualify for entry into the prize draw. Incomplete or processing orders will not be considered eligible. Any orders from the contest winners will not be eligible for this prize draw.
• Multiple entries are allowed for prizes, but each entry must be a separate order of 999 BDT or more. If multiple orders are placed by the same customer, each order will count as a separate entry for the raffle draw.
• The winner(s) will be selected through a Facebook LIVE draw on March 2, 2025.
• Mystery Boxes can only be ordered with Online pre-payment. In case of Mystery Boxes, Cash On Delivery orders are not allowed. The products in the Mystery Box will have a value higher than the amount paid for the box (excluding Delivery Charge).
• Mystery Boxes are customized and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. No complaints will be entertained.
• Winners will be contacted via their registered contact details (email or phone number).
  Prizes must be claimed by March 15, 2025, or they will be forfeited.
  Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.
• Swing reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions or cancel the offers at any time without prior notice.
• Swing is not responsible for any technical issues or website errors that may affect participation.
