Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

We understand that refunds are a common expectation, however, due to the nature of our business, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. Instead, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used for future purchases.

Your satisfaction is important to us. While we don’t offer refunds, we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase. Please reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll do our best to address any concerns you may have.

Our refund policy applies uniformly to all purchases. We strive to maintain fairness and consistency for all customers.

We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

We will bear the return delivery charge on: 

  • Size or Fit issue
  • You received a defective Product
  • You received a physically damaged Product
  • You are unhappy with the Product’s quality

You have to notify us within 24 hours after receiving the products from the delivery man.  Return can be occurred in two stages:

  • At the time of delivery.
  • After receiving a delivery and if the product delivered is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’. You can exchange/return it within 7 days and we will solve your issue within the next 7 working days (Outside Dhaka 10 days).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit. This process usually takes 5-7 business days. If approved, the exchange will be processed or the store credit will be applied to your account within 7-10 business days.

We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming the purchase. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process refunds for incorrectly ordered items. However, if you have any concerns, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
