Payment, Exchange, Return Policy
All online orders will be confirmed via a “Confirmation email” from Swing customer care. We offer secure payment options including Cash On Delivery (COD), bkash, Debit & Credit cards, and other Wallets.
- We offer a 7-day Easy Exchange/Return policy for unsatisfactory products.
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Products must be in unused, original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges or returns must be initiated within 7 days of notification.
Please note: There is no refund policy right now. You need to exchange another product from us in return.
Return delivery charges are covered if:
- Product is defective, physically damaged, or not as described
- You are dissatisfied with product quality
- Size or Fit issue
