TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The Black Friday offers are valid for purchases made between November 28-30, 2024.
• Customers must make an order with a minimum cart value of 1199 BDT of any products will get Free Delivery countrywide.
• Mystery Boxes can only be ordered with Online pre-payment. In case of Mystery Boxes, Cash On Delivery orders are not allowed.
• Customers can order only one Mystery Box from the same price category. For example, you can purchase only one box at 444 BDT.
• Mystery Boxes are customized and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. No complaints will be entertained.
• The products in the Mystery Box will have a value higher than the amount paid for the box (excluding Delivery Charge).
• Swing reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions or cancel the offers at any time without prior notice.
• Swing is not responsible for any technical issues or website errors that may affect participation.
